We love this beautiful stone for its range of colors. The spiny oyster shell can be any color of the rainbow- and the variations can be amazing! At many of our events, we can let people sift through some of the stones we have to choose the one that jumps out at them. If there is a specific color you are looking for in this stone, You can let us know in the notes and we will do our best to pick a beautiful one for you! 

The metal is .925 Sterling Silver. We have the option of making a smooth or crown bezel, and we can make a flat or rounded band. Let us know what style fits you best! Ever piece is handmade with love for you! 

Spiny Oyster Turquoise

Spiny Oyster Turquoise is a combination of fossilized Spiny Oyster shell and Turquoise. Spiny Oyster (also known as spondylids) are a shellfish that has a beautiful multi-colored shell that brings in strength, courage, and inner power, especially to those facing domestic violence. Combined with Turquoise, it takes on the healing properties of that copper-based mineral.

Turquoise can help you to articulate your truth to others and express yourself in safety. It is a stone of wholeness, bringing balance, serenity, good fortune, and protection. Soldiers used to wear it into battle for strength and protection. It is also a teacher of compassion and forgiveness, for yourself and others and keeps negativity at bay.

We do custom orders too! If you have a specific stone, design, or idea you want brought to life, we are ready to make that dream come true! Contact us and we can make it a reality. We have a variety of gemstones and metals to choose from. Or if you have a specific stone that you would like used in a custom piece, we can do that too. Know that this is a time-consuming process and we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks processing time (from receipt of supplies if using a custom stone).
